Refund Policy

At Ballistic Design Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. However, all payments made for our services are strictly non-refundable. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

• Advance Payments: Any advance or upfront payments made to secure our services are non-refundable. Once an advance payment is received, it cannot be returned or transferred to other projects or services.
• Full Payment: If a full payment is made prior to the commencement of the services, this payment is also non-refundable, regardless of whether the services are fully utilized.
• Partial Payments: Any partial payments made toward a service are also considered non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the services at any point, no refund will be provided for any payments made. This includes deposits, advance payments, and any additional amounts paid up to the cancellation date.
• Company Cancellation: Ballistic Design Studio reserves the right to cancel services if necessary. In such cases, any refund will be at the sole discretion of the company. However, there is no guarantee of reimbursement.

3. Service Modifications and Changes

• Change Requests: Once a service has been booked and payment has been received, any modifications requested by the client may incur additional charges. These modifications do not alter the non-refundable nature of prior payments.

4. Delivery and Timelines

• Service Delays: Any delays in the delivery of services, whether due to unforeseen circumstances or the client's failure to provide required information, do not entitle the client to a refund or cancellation of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ballistic Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided "as is," and no warranties are given or implied. As such, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, arbitration may be pursued. However, during or following any dispute, no refund will be provided for any payments made.
